Vendor Management

Vendors are evaluated for risk and reassessed annually. Approval is granted by the Director of Information Security and Cyber Security Analyst based on attestations (e.g., SOC2 Type II) or a security questionnaire meeting our standards.

Role-based controls and the principle of 'least privilege' ensure users have only the access they need. Administrative console access is secured with strict approvals, encryption, and multi-factor authentication, with additional encryption across non-production environments.
