The big pivot: Why L&D leaders are moving from training to enablement
Training matters, but training alone can’t carry day-to-day execution, because performance doesn’t usually fall apart during onboarding. That’s why L&D leaders are making a pivot. Not away from training—but beyond it.

Wisetail Works
Helping people live healthier, happier, and more productive lives
Uniting our communities, Wisetail Works prioritizes the connection of partnerships that champion creativity and encourage learning anytime, anywhere. Empowering us all to grow and thrive together.

Wisetail pairs a full-featured LMS built for frontline teams with the operational content and checklists they use on every shift, in a platform that looks like your brand, so what employees learn on day one still shows up on shift 300.
Onboarding teaches a new hire what to do. But by week two the menu has changed, a standard has shifted, and the answer isn’t in front of them when the rush hits. So each location fills the gap its own way.
When training lives in one tool and the daily work lives somewhere else, nothing connects what people learned to what they actually do.
Wisetail connects them.
Your frontline team and your admins have a single source of truth, from first course to every shift after. Reporting and AI run through all of it, so you can see where standards slip by role and location and turn the fix into a refresher in minutes.
Learning Management
Onboard faster and give every role the same standard, with branded training that’s simple to build and update.
Content Management
Put the right procedure in front of your team mid-task, with videos, and job aids that stay current at every location.
Digital Checklists
Run daily tasks the same way everywhere, with a clear view of what’s complete and what still needs attention.
Reduce manual tasks and keep content current with automation tools your management team controls.
See what’s going right and what needs work with easy access to task data across all your locations, in one place.
The platform comes with the people and connections to run it.
Connect Wisetail to the systems you already run on, from HR and payroll to single sign-on.
Our team builds courses and content with you, in your brand’s voice.
Guided implementation, a named team, and US-based support seven days a week.
A Day in the Life
Here’s what it looks like for one team member. Meet Maya.
Maya starts at your newest location. She opens your app and knows right where to start: a welcome video from your CEO on the mission and values she’s signing up for. From there, she learns on the floor, mixing short trainings with real tasks alongside her shift lead, and they’re both working from the same playbook.
Before Maya works the line on her own, her manager walks through an observation checklist with her: hand washing, holding temperatures, and labeling. Maya nails the first two, gets a quick coaching moment on the third, and the sign-off goes straight into her training record.
A new limited-time offer (LTO) rolls out, and Maya has already finished the training. When the first order hits mid-rush, she pulls up the recipe card and a 30-second video to check the build. No one has to stop and show her.
Maya’s a shift lead now, training new hires the way she learned. So when a procedure changes, the update has to reach her first. A report shows new hires missing a recently changed step at three locations. Ops updates the SOP once and AI drafts a five-minute refresher. Once it’s approved, Maya and her team have it at the start of their next shift.
That’s frontline enablement: training that keeps showing up, and people who keep growing.
