With over a decade of experience in Customer Success, Josh is a seasoned professional with a passion for helping people and solving problems. In his three years at Wisetail, Josh has partnered with enterprise level clients, including some of the most loved brands in the world, to engage employees and effectively rollout training and operational programs to the field.
Outside of work, Josh loves playing in any recreational sport he can find. From golf, softball, or volleyball to just making sure he beats you in an imaginary race down the sidewalk, he will always find a way to compete.
