Login help
Can’t find your site or log in? Your manager or HR team can help.
Your company sets up your site and your account, so they’re the ones who can share your login link, reset your password, or unlock your account. Wisetail can’t look up company sites or individual accounts for employees.

Before you reach out, try this
Look for your site’s link in your welcome email. It usually carries your company’s name and logo, not Wisetail’s.
Check your username. It might be your email, an employee ID, or something else your company set up. Type it by hand instead of using a saved one.
Request a password reset from your company’s login page, and watch your email for the link.
If you sign in with a work account through single sign-on (SSO), use that option instead.
